I’m thrilled to announce a new location where you can enjoy Visionary Yoga! I will be offering Yoga on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30-7:30pm at a brand new place called The Amara Healing Center of Ojai. This class is a suggested $15 love donation.
Amara is located at 215 Church Road in Ojai, CA. 93023. That’s just off the 33 Hwy , across from Nordhoff High School.
The center is a multidisciplinary medical practice offering Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Bio-Meridian computer analysis, Dietary Nutrition, deep tissue massage, cupping, functional medicine, pediatric homeopathy, thyroid and hormonal balancing.Treating: migraines, intestinal disorders, emotional stress, gynocology, sciatica, sports injuries, pre and post chemotherapy balancing, neuropathy and pain management.
These vinyasa flow classes are for all levels. Bring your mat, a friend and an open heart. Classes are offered on a suggested donation of $15, with a sliding scale.
